I'm here to listen, support, and help you on your journey towards healing and growth.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a deep passion for empowering individuals to live thriving, satisfying, and fulfilling lives. I completed my Master’s of Science degree in Counseling Psychology at California Baptist University, where I developed a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques and a commitment to supporting personal growth and emotional well-being. After living in California and Missouri, I’m now proud to call Tennessee my forever home. I provide telehealth services to adult and teen women in Tennessee and Missouri.
My approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and respect for each individual's unique journey. I believe that we all possess inner strength that can be hidden behind the struggles we have encountered. Whether you’re navigating personal challenges, seeking self-improvement, or overcoming life’s obstacles, I am here to walk alongside you in creating a life that feels meaningful and satisfying. I believe in the power of self-discovery and the transformative ability we all have to grow, heal, and thrive.
Through our work together, I will provide a safe and supportive space where you can explore your emotions, build the resilience you need to achieve your goals, and live a satisfying and fulfilling life.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
-
Your first therapy session is a time for us to get to know each other and begin building a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and respected.
We'll start by exploring what’s bringing you in and what you hope to get from therapy. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as you're comfortable with—there's no pressure to dive into everything right away.
I may ask some questions about your background, current challenges, and goals, to better understand your unique situation. We'll also go over confidentiality, how sessions work, and any questions you might have about the process.
Think of the first session as a starting point—a chance for us to explore whether this feels like the right fit for you. My goal is to make you feel comfortable and supported as we begin this journey together.
-
Most clients start with weekly sessions, which helps establish momentum and consistency in treatment. As progress is made, we may transition to biweekly or monthly sessions, depending on your goals and comfort level. We’ll regularly evaluate what’s working and make adjustments to best support your growth. (Although, most clients start with weekly sessions, frequency can be adjusted to meet your needs and availability.)

To protect your confidentiality and allow greater flexibility in the therapeutic process, I do not bill insurance for sessions. This ensures that I can offer therapy that is personalized, private, and guided solely by your needs—not by insurance limitations. This allows us to focus on what feels most helpful for you, without the constraints of diagnosis requirements, session caps, or treatment timelines imposed by insurance providers.

Telehealth therapy sessions are conducted via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. This format offers flexibility and convenience, allowing you to attend sessions from your home or another private location. Research shows that virtual therapy can be just as effective as in-person sessions, and many clients appreciate the accessibility it provides.
Before your session, you’ll receive a secure link to join, and I’ll be available to troubleshoot any technical issues if needed.
